Grand Plant Sale

The parish’s Aid to the Church in Need’s group is organising a grand plant sale on 26-27 June.

It will be the parish’s first fundraising event following the relaxation of the Covid-19 restrictions. We need you to help us to make it a success by giving us plants to sell. All proceeds will go towards supporting persecuted Christians around the world.

Now is the perfect time to divide plants, take cuttings and plant seeds. We need perennials, bedding plants, houseplants, herbs, fruit and vegetable plants. In fact, anything we can sell. Please let us know right away if you can help.

1.5 million adults in London struggle to afford to eat every day, 400,000 children are at risk of missing the next meal. Meanwhile, our food industry generates almost 2 million tonnes of good, edible surplus food each year.  The Felix Project is a London-based food redistribution waste charity set up in 2016 to tackle both issues.
