Welcome to BPW 2021-2022

 "Never Stop Dreaming"

Hello Ladies and welcome to another year of Centralia BPW. I am honored to serve as your President this year and am looking forward to new friendships, new experiences, and getting to know everyone better. I'm beyond thrilled that we can again meet in-person and can't wait until we are all together again.

This last year has been a challenge  to say the least, and I'd like to thank Tammy Resch for the fantastic job she did leading us through a difficult situation and rising up the challenge. I hope to build on her ideas and bring in some new ones of my own. 

My first difficulty has already reared its ugly head in trying to learn the mailchimp program to create this newsletter. I only hope that I can figure it out so that I don't have to send it out to all of you with Tammy's picture, the list of last year's officers, and the link for April's minutes. If that happens, I sincerely apologize. If it comes out right, I guess I've overcome my first obstacle! 

As you probably know there are staffing issues in most of the area businesses and the Elks is no exception. So, for the June meeting the only things available for us will be coffee and water. Please feel free to bring something for yourself to eat or drink if you want to. And of course, if anyone wants to bring something for all of us, we won't turn you away. We are planning another location for our Fun Night in July so we won't be at the Elks for that. We will be discussing in more detail how we will proceed at the meeting on Wednesday. 

My dream for this club is to build on the relationships that we have fostered during this last year which I believe has brought us closer together. It is a testament to all of you, and our Sisters who came before us that our club is celebrating our 95th year. Thank you in advance to each and every one of you for your commitment to our club. Whether you are able to attend in-person or keeping in touch through social media or email. Just know I treasure you all, lift you up, and hold you in my heart.
