Soon we put 2020 behind us and look forward to a New Year. Whether you celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Winter Solstice or Festivus (for the rest of us), we wish you a happy holiday for the coming few weeks and look forward with anticipation to sharing a joyous musical 2021 with you.
We are thankful to so many who have helped the Victoria Guitar Society to stage its musical endeavours during 2020. The guitar seems to bring out a community spirit which we recognize in all our volunteers, ensemble guitar players, staff & contractors, artists from around the globe and here at home, our venue and marketing partners and especially our appreciative music-loving audience. Greater Victoria Performing Arts Festival
Registration for the 2021 Virtual Greater Victoria Performing Arts Festival (GVPAF) opens on January 4, 2020.
With the virtual format, GVPAF can accept entries and provide adjudications to all students, regardless of location. The GVPAF has published its rules for the online Festival 2021.
