Elaine's success continued receiving airplay on Radio 2 by Bob Harris, declaring himself a fan and fantastic reviews from MOJO, UNCUT, MAVERICK, RnR. Still Life was released in 2017, play listed by British Airways on all their flights Worldwide and received masses of airplay from UK and USA stations reaching the Top 10 in the Indie Charts. Desert Songs released Feb 2019 is influenced by her travels in South West America and Mexico featuring MG Boulter 0n Pedal Steel who Elaine has toured with. "With a beautifully conversational voice, an unerring sense of melody and a bittersweet and wistful repertoire, Elaine Palmer is undoubtedly a talent" ****
"A rich and powerful voice that ranges from a subtle whisper to a full-blown bluesy edge and writes incredible songs that stand-up to repeated listenings" ****
"The tight accompanying combo and light-touch production let the well-crafted songs do the work, resulting in an impressively textured album" ****
"Her music has textures of New Country while being authentic, dark and edgy. I believe that if there is some possible way that Karen Anne Carpenter, Stevie Nicks and Jonny Cash had a child together, that child would be Elaine" ****
