We're a couple of days 'late' with our July newsletter, but it was for a good reason - the Exec Team was relaxing and recharging. Last week we saw the city starting to see some bits of normalcy return and we've loved seeing that energy feed into everyone's early stages of training. We know everyone is eager to come back together as group, and we are too! We're working on our return to in-person workouts and are hopeful that will be able to meet-up soon. Any in-person relaunch plans will be announced in the Facebook group, on Instagram, and through the newsletter.
This week, we're expecting to see temperatures spike pretty high, so please set yourself up for success and hydrate through the day and use effort as your guide during workouts. The temperature will get 'easier' to manage as we all acclimate through the summer, and changing your perspective from being pace driven to effort driven will absolutely yield fitness.
