At our January meeting, we will start writing questions for candidates of the May 19 primary. These questions are for the League's Vote 411 online voter's guide and at least one forum we will host in April.
Bring your questions and ideas for topics and help us inform the voters of Washington County.
A list of races impacting Washington County is
here and will be updated as the year goes on.
CAN'T ATTEND THE MEETING? You can still participate! Just send an email with your questions for candidates to lwvoregonwashcounit@gmail.com.

Play About One Mom's Civic Journey

Many Maps, One Voice, adapted from the book "Politics of the Possible" tracks the redistricting journey of Mary Ellen McCaffree, played by veteran stage actress Jane Fellows (Belle of Amherst, The Trip to Bountiful, First Lady Lou). Timely and timeless, Many Maps is a call to civic engagement, citizen action and civility in the ongoing voting rights fight inherent in the census and redistricting effort.
A great tribute to the League of Women Voters, the performance is Feb. 22nd at 2 p.m. at Mirabella Portland, Willamette Hall, 3550 SW Bond Ave., Portland. Free to attend!
