In order to better serve our families, I recently hired an office manager, Kim Meier. She is amazing and has several years experience in customer service management. She has been part of the dance industry for over 8 years and will be a huge assist to our staff family.

Once again, I am so excited to have Kim on board. She has been helping behind the scenes since we opened last summer and I’m excited to have her take more of an active roll in the studio.
Mark your calendars! The recital will be on Saturday, May 16th, at Frontier Middle School. More information, including recital times and performance line up, will be provided in the near future. Keep an eye out for any and all updates! 
Registration for new students will close January 31st. Recital Prep begins February 1st and we want to ensure all students feel adequately prepared.
Starting February 1st (when we begin recital prep) we will no longer allow make up classes. Please remember each class is learning a different routine and it’s important for students to attend their class and focus on their specific routine. By allowing make up classes during recital prep, students as well as teachers, are not able to focus on their routines as much as they need to. Once again, our ultimate goal is to ensure that all students feel adequately prepared and have a positive experience at the recital. 
Friendly reminder that the $40 per performing class (except for tumbling) will be charged with February's tuition on 02.10.2020.
Costume sizing/measurements will be done the week of February 3rd thru the 7th. We are ordering costumes February 8th and need everyone to be sized before then. Please note that it’s imperative for you to set up another time for your student to be sized if they are unable to attend the first week of February.
We are so excited for the new structure of our 2019 season picture day. Brittany and I reviewed all the comments and suggestions from 2018 and combined the best of last year and made a few minor tweaks to make this year even better. We feel it will be less stressful for everyone and, once again, are really excited for our 2019 picture day.

Individual pictures will be held on a separate day from class pictures, and everyone will be able to sign up for a specific time slot that works best for their family’s schedule. Packages will be more customizable and allow for the experience you want for you and your family. Keep an eye out for our picture day sign ups that will be sent in February.
As we move into recital prep the studio we will no longer be closed when Alpine School District is closed for 3 day weekends/holidays. We will be open and classes will be held Monday thru Friday from now until our season ends on May 22nd. The only exception is Spring Break: we will be closed from April 6th to 10th.
