It's the Second Sunday of January:
Time for the Jazz Jam!

Kick back in our Sanctuary for our 2nd Sunday Jazz Jam!
January 12th, 5:00 pm

Wouldn’t you love to have your imagination whisk you away to another place and time?

What if you could do so while enjoying a soda, cold beer, or a glass of wine?

You can, by joining us at Jazz Jam Sunday night. Just bring your beverage of choice along! (Our tables aren’t sturdy enough for dancers, so nothing stronger than beer or wine, please!)

If you would like to participate, bring your instruments of choice, voice, and your Real Books (Hal Leonard 6th edition VOL I & II). You’re also welcome to bring your own written compositions. (Sorry, UUCOC cannot provide instruments for those participating; however, we do occasionally provide voices and humor!) Judging from our testimonials, you will enjoy playing along!

Note: All tips are evenly distributed among participants.

Please RSVP if possible to
jazzjam2017@labyrinthwalkcoffeehouse.com so we will know how many of you to expect - if not then just show up anyway.

All are welcome!

Roy Zimmerman & the Rize Up Tour returns to Dallas!

Thursday, January 30th, 7:00 pm

The simplest way to explain Roy Zimmerman is to say he sings "Funny songs about Peace & Justice."  Add pointed satire and amazing insight into the world around us, and you get a bit closer.

"With music this good and humor this insightful, there is good reason to be optimistic." - No Depression Magazine

"The best musical satirist working today" - Bay Area Reporter
