Arnprior Business to Business

"Every business has a story worth telling"
January 7, 2020

The B2B, our newsletter, for which, you, our valued member can communicate what’s new and what you want to get out to the wider business community. It could be an open house you are hosting, extended hours, charity function, new services/ products, etc.

Please share information for the newsletter no later than the 26th of each month by emailing Documents sent must be in word or jpeg format. The newsletter will be sent out on the first Tuesday of each month.

Coming into a new year always gives us opportunities to reflect and look forward. As business owners one of the best ways to look forward is to look behind. Looking and thinking about what already has happened and is behind us allows us to look for opportunities for improvement. These improvements ultimately are opportunities for growth and further learning. This is very exciting!
At the Chamber we feel very good about the progress we made in 2019 but are always looking for and trying to capitalize on areas that we can learn from and that will ultimately lead to further growth. We know that the more we are able to engage with local business owners and give them more opportunities for meeting with one another the more all of us will succeed. This energizes us at the Chamber level and if any of our Chamber members have ideas or suggestions, we welcome them. Please email us at: with these ideas.
Our first event of the year is a prime example of this idea of growth and learning. On Wednesday January 15th (6:00 p.m.) at Jim's Restaurant  we are hosting our first ever "GACC Business Roundtable." This is an opportunity for anyone interested in business to come listen and learn from some shining stars in the Arnprior business community. It will be an informal discussion related to our business owners and how they overcame obstacles, learned from mistakes, got inspiration to start their respective businesses, etc. Our panelists are: Sophie Smith Dore (Musclebound Mama), Mike Mulder (Arnprior Chrysler), Mark Nibourg (Kenwood Corporate Centre) and Dave Pelkey (The Vintage Crate). Please join us on January 15th for this exciting event!
Let's make 2020 the best year yet! Through engaging with our fellow business owners and sharing ideas we can learn and grow. How exciting is that? Cheers to a great 2020 and I look forward to seeing many of you on January 15th at our first event of the year!
