Phone Banking for Sean Casten
One of our big wins in 2018 was the election of Sean Casten to replace Roskam. Sean has done a great job representing the 6th district and we need him
more than ever in Congress. Join us every Saturday as we make calls for Sean.
These are our neighbors and they will be the same people we will want to reach out to when most of the
local elections take place in 2021.
1️⃣ Commit yourself to vote. Make sure you are registered NOW, since online registration for the election closes in Oct. 18! Register at ova.elections.il.gov.
2️⃣ Decide on who and what you will vote for. Look at your sample ballot to educate yourself about what you really need to learn about or decide on. If you live in DuPage, view a sample at dupageco.org/sampleballot.
3️⃣ Decide on the methodof how you wish to vote. We strongly suggest a paper ballot which can be done by voting by mail OR at the County Fairgrounds, at 2015 Manchester Rd, Wheaton, both started on September 24. If you miss those, it can be done on November 3 at your polling place.
4️⃣ Decide on a specific date and time of when you will vote. For voting by mail, you can apply for your ballot and do it at your convenience. Then turn your ballot into any polling place in a secured drop box or the secured drop box in the clerk’s parking lot of 421 N. County Farm Rd., Wheaton.
5️⃣ If November 3 comes and you haven’t voted, make sure you vote at your polling place. You can register to vote and vote the same day. If you change your mind about voting by mail and would rather in person bring the envelope and the ballot with you.
