a better, safer, and more equitable place to live in!
Team Illinois for Equity and Reform (TIER) will join us to talk about their plan and vision for Investing in Community Safety plan, a push for state and local organizations and representatives to sponsor state-wide legislation that would fundamentally shift how we envision community safety. We will also be discussingthe ballot measures in the 2020 DuPage election ballots.
Local elected officials will join us to talk about their experiences and what it means to be a part of local elected bodies such as the school boards. We will also be discussing the VERY IMPORTANT need we have right now for more folks to run for local office in 2021 since the petition season is already here.
We know there is a lot happening on the National stage, but we must also focus on our local issues since they impact our daily lives the most.

Join Indivisible Illinois and Western Front Indivisible on Wednesday, October 14 at 7 pm and learn how we can effectively combat disinformation, despite the well-funded machines that drive it. They may have money, but we have truth and we have people. When we share and amplify unified, factual messages to those who trust us, we shift the narrative. When we do this by the thousands--we’re part of the Indivisible Truth Brigade, and we get our country back.
