Camp Paxson Offers Memories and Jesus

The last morning of Camp Paxson had arrived, and the typical craziness of that last day at camp was in progress. Breakfast was over, and then began the mad rush to get all of the campers ready to head home.

The bus back to Bozeman, Montana, would leave at 9 a.m., and hopefully parents of the remaining campers would be there and gone by 11. During that time, we, as staff, would be getting camp gear loaded into the truck, as well as cleaning the cabins, bathrooms and lodge — and, by God’s grace, making sure no kids were left behind.

And that's where the story begins...

The Gospel Commission

Inspirational stories of our youth shared in public platforms of the Adventist church oftern focus on "spiritual triumps." for which we, as the readers, can give thanks to Christ. Parents, teachers, and mentors pray over youth as they navigate solidifying their spiritual belief system. But, what about the stories of youth that did not grow up in a home with a Christian influence? What do they see in Adventist schools? What do they see in peopel around them?

The Long Necks
Salai and his wife Kukupaw are missionaries in Myanmar. Learn about how they follow Christ's method to meet new friends and attend to their needs.
