Please join President Eisgruber for a timely discussion of Jill Lepore’s This America: The Case for the Nation. In the wake of a polarizing 2020 presidential election, share your thoughts on Lepore’s argument for a national history. Discuss how recent changes to the Supreme Court might shape the nation going forward with President Eisgruber, a distinguished constitutional law scholar and former Supreme Court clerk. Add your voice to the developing consideration of what the idea of the nation means right now. Space is limited. Register for your spot today! If you need help or just want some creative inspiration for your kitchen, we’ve got you covered. 
 


Pumpkin Crusted Salmon


3 pounds Salmon Filet
1 tsp Black Pepper
6 ounces Pumpkin Seeds
1 dash Cayenne Pepper
2 ounces Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Oil

 
  • Toss pumpkin seeds with spices and toast in 300 degree till golden brown.
  • Brush Salmon with Dijon mustard then top with pumpkin seeds and press slightly into the fish. 
  • Cook in 350 degree oven till internal temperature of 145 about 8 minutes.
