Dear Parents and Guardians,
This past weekend our second graders made their first Holy Communion. What a beautiful morning. Our little ones were dressed in their finest to receive the Lord for the first time. Congratulations to our second graders. Thank you to Mrs. Lindberg for preparing her students and to our parents for your support.
This weekend is the long awaited festival for St. Mary’s Catholic Church and School. Everyone outside the scenes has been working hard to bring this event together and I have no doubt the excitement will be fulfilled just as promised. We will begin on Sunday, at 10:00 a.m. with a procession with Our Blessed Mary, from the church for her crowning at Mass, under the oak tree in the backyard of the school. Following Mass, food will be served and the games will begin.

The faculty and staff will be running the little kids games in the front yard and the concession stand in the gym. Students in grades 3-8 are invited to sign up and help us have fun. The sign up sheet is in the office. Parents who would also like to volunteer should contact Mrs. Wyles.
Please remember there will be no school on Monday, May 2nd, for Festival clean up. All help will be welcomed on that day. If you would like to join the clean up crew please let me know.
Tuition Assistance Applications have begun to be processed. Thank you to all who completed your applications on time. As applications are verified, and financial obligations have been completed, I will contact you regarding the amount of assistance you qualify for and you will be able to set up your plan for 2022-2023 school year with Ms. Giannotti. If you are unsure of your financial obligations being up to date, or what these may be, please call Ms. Giannotti
Families who have applied for the ACE scholarship will be notified of this amount in June. This will be part of the assistance already granted and not added to your tuition assistance for 2022-2023 school year. The ACE scholarship monies are allowing us to provide more scholarships across our family population.
Have a wonderful week and thank you for all you do to support St. Mary’s Catholic School.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Wyles
