Virginia Victims Fund Office will be closed effective March 27, 2020, until further notice, to promote the health and safety of our employees and the people we serve.


To ensure continuity of operations, all VVF employees will be teleworking in order to continue as many business operations as possible.

During this time, VVF remains committed to providing services to our customers:
  • Our website and WebFile / Provider Portal remain operational
  • Our Customer Contact Center is still available for calls at 1-800-552-4007
  • Claimant applications and awards are continuing to be processed
Please note:   Effective immediately, Victim Witness Programs who have filed claims through WebFile will no longer be mailed copies of claimant 's correspondence. 

VVF will continue to work closely with stakeholders in accordance with the Commonwealth of Virginia and Commission guidelines and recommendations. Additional updates will be announced as needed.
