Get Moving Online Zoom Exercise class

Join Claire and Michelle for our live Get Moving weekly exercise session for Older Adults.
Claire will take you through a 45 min low impact strength and movement session to keep your body moving, using simple routines, stretches to improve strength and bone health.
Our class is designed especially for older adults of all abilities.
All exercises can be done seated or standing.
You will need an internet-connected device to participate.
You can join the class from a computer, laptop, IPad, Tablet, IPhone or Android phone.
You can chose to have your microphone and video on or off during the class.
Before the session make sure you have a clear space to exercise safely, a chair and a water bottle.
