Follow Up

Thank you for your hard work and dedication to sharing the Case for Support. In advance of the public phase of the Campaign -- where parishes will host receptions, send mailings and conduct Commitment Weekends -- pastors and volunteers should concentrate on receiving decisions from those families who have already been invited to participate. Remember, you will save yourself time by scheduling a follow up visit at the end of the first meeting! Similarly, it is beneficial to have a list of dates and times volunteers are available to answer questions and receive decisions for those who attend group gatherings and do not make a decision on the spot! Encourage families to sign up for a follow up visit to avoid making subsequent phone calls!
