Recruiting Ambassadors!

Many hands make light work. Ambassador recruitment is a critical step in campaign planning. This week and next week, Wave 1 parishes will be inviting the participation of more families to support the campaign -- not just financially, but through volunteer efforts. At the ambassador orientation, please speak with enthusiasm! New team members will feed off the energy of their leaders. Focus on the local case! Families are most interested in how the Called to Renew campaign will benefit their parish. Take time to explain the need and the impact parishioner gifts will make on the worship and ministry experience. And finally, share your support! Experience reveals it is easier to ask for a gift, once you have made one yourself. By thinking through your participation you will be able to more clearly define the Case for Support and the elements that are important to you.

We appreciate the commitment and dedication of Wave 1 parishes to date and pray for all the current volunteer as you invite others to join your team.
