School Bus Passes
A gentle reminder that boys should have their bus pass with them at all times when travelling on School transport.  

Important Forward Planning Dates for Year 11 - January Maths GCSE Resit Exams
These will take place on January 7th at 9am and January 15th at 9am. Please note that the first of these dates is the day before we return to school for the Spring Term.

Students who have been entered for the exam by the Maths Department should have already received their timetable from their form tutor and by email.  Anyone else who wishes to re-sit Maths GCSE should approach Mrs Blease in the Academic Office as soon as possible.

Well done to our very own SaxPac who performed at the Music for Youth Proms last week! The event is the culmination of Music for Youth’s annual season of events and takes place at the Royal Albert Hall.

Christmas Toy Appeal 2019 
Merchant Taylors will once again be supporting the Radio City Mission Christmas Appeal this year.  1 in 3 children are living in poverty and all of the gifts are distributed locally throughout the North West. We would greatly appreciate if you are able to donate a new and unwrapped gift for a boy or girl.

Please bring your gift to Mrs O’Brien in Milton House by 16th December.  We really appreciate any support that can be given. Thank you.

Job Opportunity for Upper Sixth Pupils – August 2020
We are seeking the help of pupils who will leave the school next summer to take part in our first ever Telephone Campaign between 1 and 16 August 2020. Callers will be recent leavers, and will be paid hourly to call and chat with fellow Old Boys and Old Girls, updating them on recent developments at the school, sharing stories and talking about future goals.
