HRSA wishes to advise the reason there is no racing this Saturday July 23 at Globe Derby Park.
Due to Group Racing on this night in multiple codes, including the Blacks A Fake at Albion Park and the Maturity Classic at The Meadows, Sky Racing could only offer HRSA Sky 2 timeslots for the Globe Derby meeting.
The income received when conducting a meeting on Sky 2 is significantly reduced and as such, HRSA was able to secure an alternative timeslot where Sky 1 coverage could be secured (Tuesday Night July 26).
Racing will return to Globe Derby Park next Saturday July 30 on Sky 1.
Race 1: Hygain Claiming Pace
JAKES SPORTWRITER (5) looks like the one to beat today. His recent form has been strong and he should be near the front early.
SOHO TSUNAMI (6), STAR WRITER (2) and JULIUS FRANCO (3) are also chances.
Race 2: TAB Live Sky Racing Vision 3yo Pace
JUSTCALLMEANGUS (3) ran second behind CARLISLE CRUISER last start. He was a winner two starts back defeating CELESTIAL ZODIAC by 5.2 metres. He is a major chance.
IM REGGIE (2) has his second run back from a spell. He should be able to improve off his first run.
VILLAGE CHARACTER (6) and PLUTUS (4) are also chances.
Race 3: SAHRC Life Members Pace
OVERPOWERING (1) should be able to hold the lead from the inside draw. He was a last start winner at Mildura and he should be able to run a strong race against this field.
MR KIWI (5) should be able to improve off his first up run from last week where he ran second behind VICTORY MEDAL.
STEAM CLEANED (6) and SIR ROMAN (3) are also chances.

Race 4: TAB Venue Mode Trotters Discretionary
HAMMERS LAW (5) has won his last three starts quite well. He should have no problems stepping up to the longer journey here today and will be hard to beat.
CHAMPAGNE PRINCE (3) has his first start for Luke O’Neill. His NSW form is quite good. He is worth consideration.
MUSCLETONIAN (7) and REDRIVERDEBBA (2) are also chances.
Race 5: Paceway Restaurant Open Saturday Nights Pace
ACES DAUGHTER (8) was a winner two starts back when she defeated DOUBLE O HEAVEN by 12 metres. If she can repeat that run she will be a major chance today.
WEEROONA BOY (1), AMMICCHI (3) and STEINMAN (5) are also chances.

Race 6: Hopkins Saddlery Trotters Handicap
GREAT FANTASY (7) has a terrific strike rate for Shane Loone stable. Has won two of his last four. If he can produce his best run he will be too good for this field.
BACARDI BINDI (1) will be a big chance if she steps away from the stand start.
LOVELORN (11) and ORLANDOS GIFT (9) are also chances.
Race 7: Bianco Reinforcing Pace
KAHINA (8) was a massive winner last start defeating WATCHME RUN by 28.4 metres. Today is a step up in class for her but she is going to be a massive chance if she can repeat that last run.
BAYONET SOLDIER (6), SONNYS AMAZING (9) and MALACHITE ROCK (10) are also chances.
Race 8: Mitavite Studgro Pace
MAJOR MAD (7) has run some terrific races against tougher fields over his last two starts. He looks ready to win today.
ROCKY MONALOO (5) steps up in class but he has won his last two starts in great fashion.
BIEN HOA (6) and AMORE ROCK (8) are also chances.

RACE 6        3-9-11-13
RACE 7        9-3-6-1

RACE 8        5-7-3-1
Race 1: TAB Make A Date With Play Pace
Interesting race whereby the leader will play a large role, however working out who will lead is slightly more difficult to decide. Speed off the front line could potentially include CHARGING BULL (1), SUTTER MAN (3), LIBERTY TEE JAY (4), VALBARANN (5) and CELESTIAL DAYBREAK (6). Not without a chance are the horses running on late due to the early burn up front.

Race 2: Angle Vale Hardware and Fodder Pace
After scoring a super dominating victory here last start since changing stable, SORRENTO (3) looks to be too classy and drawn superbly to cruise on by to the lead.
Last start winner SHELDON (6) portrayed a good display when winning however the unpleasant draw may cause some difficulty chasing down the leader in this race.
ILLAWONG KIM (4) has also been running in the placings recently however, needs all things to go her way

Race 3: 1197 VA Radio Harness Racing Show Pace
Two starts in SA for a 2nd and 3rd see the consistent CARLY MORGAN (4) one of the red-hot dangers.
VILLANELLE (3) will take benefit from her last appearance when second up from a spell where she had a luckless run, yet should be around the mark today.
Drawn to carry out his favourite role, NO ULTIMATUMS (2) will be the leader in this event and has some hope of sticking on at the finish.

Race 4: CIBO Espresso - Gawler Pace
Even race whereby there are multiple chances.
MIDNIGHT SPORT (1), EDWINA EXPRESS (2), ON THE CASE (3), MAMMALS DESTINY (4) STYLISH HEAVEN (5) have all been racing well recently and have claims.
Extremely open race where none can be dismissed.

Race 5: TAB Live Sky Racing Vision Pace
The loan 2yo in this field SUPERCHARGED (5) was first up from a spell last start finishing 3rd in an open aged maiden race whereby the son of Art Major USA led and got run down in a mile rate of 2.00.7, yet the colt will still need luck from the awkward draw.
MAJOR WEST (3) has been knocking on the door for a while but is yet to be victorious.
A step down in grade may see the most experienced runner – and only horse to have won a race –  BOAK (6) finish closer to the pointy end.
THIS GENERATION (4) needs a great deal of good fortune, as do ACES SHADOW (1) and BETTOR YOU BET (2) to feature.
Race 6: Hygain Micrspeed 3yo & Older Trotters Mobile
South Australia’s leading 2yo trotter in 2021 ALDEBARAN DEXTA (5) is back at the racetrack and will be extremely exciting to see this horse’s improvement. As a 2yo the gelding never started at price more than $1.70 on the TAB fixed odds, and is by far the standout in this field. If he can handle the pressure first up from a break against the older, more experienced horses, and has improved throughout his time away from the track he will be around the mark.
ATEGO TITAN (2) seems next best and is racing better than number form suggests.
QUICK QUAKER (4), IRENE ROSE (3) and DEE (6) will need luck to feature.
