Leslie Jay Bosch had two artworks selected for Art Idaho 2022 Biennial Juried Exhibition at The Art Museum of Eastern Idaho. The opening is August 20, 2022.
The ceramic pieces are titled:
"The Giving Tree" and "Bittersweet, Quan Yin"

TVAA artists have art hanging all over. Preston Craig has work at the Deep Yellow Gallery in Eagle, Amy Bennick has a piece at the Art Source Gallery and Leslie Jay Bosch had 2 pieces selected for the Art Museum of Eastern Idaho.

Jessie Bateman is organizing a meet up to sketch with fellow artists on July 16.

Lots of opportunities are cropping up. The Western Idaho Fair  deadline August 9; Deep Yellow Gallery has residencies open for applications; Art by the River in Star applications DUE TODAY July 15! Keep an eye on Catylast at the Gem Center...there are always big happenings there.

Open theme - you get to decide what you want to show. 
Open to all 2D (wall-hung) or 3D* media.

On July 16, 2022
 We will meet at the side parking lot of
Big City Coffee and Cafe
1416 W. Grove St. Boise ID 83702 
from 10:00am to 12:00pm 
optional 30 minute discussion after till 12:30pm
Bring your drawing supplies,travel easel, chair, and sketchbooks. We plan to be outside and we will walk to a few locations to sketch. (dress for the weather).

Artists gain strength in their ability to draw any location by giving them all a try.

“Be Still”
VineArts Boise invites creatives of all ages and skill levels to submit to our upcoming community gallery exhibit & performing arts showcase. We’re looking for works of visual, writing, and performing art portraying peace, stillness, and/or lack thereof. Your art entry may be religious in nature but is not required to be.

DEADLINE: August 2022
No Entry fee.

VineArts invites creatives of all ages and skill levels to submit to our upcoming community gallery exhibit & performing arts showcase. 
NO ENTRY FEE. Both church and community members are welcome to submit their entries.
ENTRY LIMIT: three (3) submissions (total between visual and performing arts entries - feel free to mix and match)
