Payroll Deduction for Mass PFML Delayed Three Months!
Yesterday, the Governor and legislative leaders agreed to delay the collection of the payroll tax for the new Paid Family and Medical Leave program by three months until 10/1/2019.  As expected, they will be adopting some technical changes to clarify program design.  Read Boston Globe article for more details.

We suggest you still Prepare for Paid Family and Medical Leave by June 30, 2019 including the Required Employer Notice to Employees and PFML Poster.  No change to this deadline has been announced.
