Information: Customer Satisfaction Survey

During the last few years, the service and its owners have invested a lot of time and resources into improving the service and its offerings. Now, and going forward, we are keen to learn more about what our users think, and what our users need.

Please spend a couple of minutes to complete the survey below.
Your input will be highly appreciated and undoubtedly very helpful.

New feature: API

We have finally launched our API for both Magnet JQS and Human Rights Assessment Service (HuRi). If you would like to know more, or start exploring our APIs, please see our FAQ

New feature: Supplier Discovery (invite suppliers)

Similar Suppliers
Each supplier page now has a dedicated area called "Similar Supplies".
The purpose of this area is to show a list of suppliers that are similar to that particular supplier. Assessment of similarity is not an exact science (in Magnet JQS), but still a fairly straightforward sequential assessment of; 1) does other suppliers have the same product and/or services registered, 2) an assessment of the number of employees is made (which needs to be in a +/- 25% range, and 3) an assesssmet of financial turnover is made (which also needs to be in a +/- 25% range).

Potential Suppliers*
The area Potential Suppliers allows users to find and invite companies that are not currently registered in Magnet JQS.

Invited Suppliers*
The area Invited Suppliers allows users to view and monitor the status of invited suppliers, how many and when they they have been invited to register, and whether or not they have registered or not.

*currently, only operators have access to these features

Benefits of being specific when registering products or services

Registering a category (product or service)
When registering a category, a user may be very specific (e.g., choose to register a category on the commodity-level), or less specific (e.g., choose to register a category on the segment-level, family or class-level).

It is highly encouraged that suppliers register their products or services on the most detailed level appropriate for that specifc product or service. This is to increase the likelihood of suppliers and buyers being able to efficiently "find each other", and to mitigate the potential gaps between what is being searched for (requested) and what is being offered (registered).

Searching for a category (product or service)
When searching for a category, a user may be very specific (e.g., choose to search for suppliers based on a category's commodity-level), or the least specific (e.g., choose to search for suppliers based on a category's segment-level). In both instances, the same suppliers will be found, but the supplier who has been the most specific willl always appear and be presented higher on the list of suppliers. This is crucial, because if searcher starts to narrow down the search by adding additonal parameters, the likelihood of the the more specific supplier still being present in the narrowed down search is higher.

In short;
• Register products or services on the most detailed level suitable for what you are offering
• The more (revelant) details you provide, the higher your visibility will be
• Commodity-level is the most detailed level for registrations and searches
