Our new help center is finally live!
As of today, our help center is available in Magnet JQS. You can reach it by using the newly added question mark symbol in the top right corner, or by clicking on your name in the top right and go to help center.
In the coming days, we will populate it with news about our latest releases, how to find, view and use the information available in the service, and how to get the most out of all the features.
Wherever you are in Magnet JQS you can press the question mark, which makes the help center pop up on the right side of the page you are already on. Dependent on which page you are on, relevant topics in the help center will be shown first. From there, you can either find what you are looking for in the side bar, or open the help center in its own tab.

Improved feature: System user flow

In our latest release, we have simplified the process of creating new users for your company. Where you previously would create a user and then go to pending users to confirm them, new users are now automatically confirmed after creation.

Improved feature: Payment by invoice for Norwegian suppliers
|
|
|
In addition to card payment, Norwegian companies will now be able to pay by invoice. The functionality is the same as paying by card, but when you press "Pay for Service", Norwegian suppliers will now see the option to pay by invoice. We are continously working to extend and improve this feature.
