I am recommending that he be elected by our board following introduction of Raz and any discussion (Jim has reminded me that Raz would fill seat #14. Anna will assign seat # to all board members, if not already done)
7:30 PM Downtown Neighborhood Association (DNA) Proposal dated May 1, 2020, Michael Kaplan and Jim Gardner for SPNA and Phil Gilbertson for DNA
8 PM Suggested SPNA ByLAW Amendment, Jim Gardner
8:15 PM Future Face to Face Board Meetings, if any: Loss of PBS Site as of today and possible alternatives i.e. Lewis/Clark Counseling Center SW Barbur and SW Hamilton ?,
