This is me, next week.
Hi Fellow Athlete,

We've got a lot of new subscribers from around the world – the UK, Australia, Portugal, Indonesia, India, Canada, Ireland, and a whole lot more from all across the US.

Including my kindergarten PE teacher, no kidding. Hi, Paula!

Over the past week or so, I’ve had a great time releasing a series of videos featuring Triathlon Taren and Mark Allen.

And Mark’s even been replying to some of the YouTube comments himself. He has also started reposting my videos on his Instagram and in his own YouTube channel

Here are a few videos I did of Taren and Mark:
  • Both Mark and Taren give their opinions on Lionel Sanders vs Jan Frodeno. Mark’s is here. Taren’s is here.
  • They both talk about how they pee during races. Mark’s is here. Taren’s is here.
I hope you enjoy these. There are many more coming out soon, on topics like diet, health, tips beyond training, and much more.

Finally, Spanish website Planeta Triatlon wrote an article about the the video I did on my Everesting a few weeks ago. Amazingly, that article drove 10x more traffic than Slowtwitch did!

Tip #15: Preload T1.

Set up early and lift a little load off your mind.

In addition to dropping your bike off, you can leave plenty of other stuff so that the next morning you'll have less to worry about.

Just don't leave your nutrition overnight.

Mark Allen's known for 1-6-21-infinity, but subscriber Arturo Rangel just did a 4-4-44.
He just completed 4 full Ironman-distance races in 4 days (alternate days) for his 44th birthday. 4-4-44.

Oh, so that means he was born on 7-7-77. Good work, Art!

Beyond Human.

Months ago I told you I’d let you know when Beyond Human would be out.

Remember, the documentary showing Lionel Sanders, Sebastien Kienle, and Heather Jackson as they struggle to stay on top of the rankings ahead of the Collins Cup?

Well it’s out now.

Parts of it are intense and dramatic (ok, Lionel's parts).

You feel his fury, his thirst for blood, his ever-brewing fight.

You have to register, but it’s free and it’s worth it.

Register with PTO and watch it here.

Give me the mic.

I was recently featured on the TriDoc’s podcast, which you can hear here.

After this aired I had a sudden flurry of emails from people asking about my nutrition calculator.

I was also on Amy Stone’s Mile After Mile podcast here, a few months back.
