The rules, issued by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC), would increase choice and competition while fostering innovation that promotes patient access to, and control over, their health information. NC Healthy Opportunities Pilots RFI Highlights Community Health Centers As Potential Lead Entities –> Listen to Last Week’s Webinars
In case you missed last week’s webinars and haven’t yet read NC Medicaid’s Health Opportunities Request for Information (RFI), you may want to know that NC Medicaid envisions the Lead Pilot Entities to be organizations that may include Community Health Centers. A few more quick facts, but be sure to read the RFI and policy paper and see if this is something your organization (or a collaborative of FQHCs) may be interested in developing. Responses to the RFI are due March 15, at 2:00pm.
