Run.  Travel.  Adventure.
COVID-19 Update
I hope this email finds you all safe and healthy. In this newsletter we're updating you with some important information about COVID-19, and for some good news we're sharing a March Patagonia Runcation recap and a Virtual Run(cation) opportunity Saturday May 2, 2020!

We have been in touch with our spring and summer travelers over phone and email, and we have a page dedicated to COVID-19 and your Runcation on the
website. We'll continue to update, and have been working hard to work through this uncertain time to deliver the best possible solution to all our spring and summer travelers.

We'll miss running with all of you in the meantime, but hope to continue to connect virtually. We're organizing a Virtual Run(cation), posting shelter in place training tips on our social media and newsletter, and if you're running out of things to watch at home, you can check out our shelter in place series of recommended running shorts over on our
Facebook page. We hope that it provides a little inspiration and break from the news cycle and has you dreaming of future adventures.

As a niche adventure travel company focused on offering travel experiences for adventurous runners, we trust that our greater Runcation fam is an adaptive and resilient bunch and hope to weather this storm together so that we can all be out adventuring on the trails together as soon as possible. A month ago we were stoked to enter a spring and summer full of Runcations from the trails and mountains of South America to Europe, and now things look quite different. This has been a challenging time to be a small event-based business in the travel space, as it has for many, many people all over the world. For those that have asked how they can help Runcation, we've included the following:
  • Leave a Review! As a small travel company, reviews are invaluable. If you've been on a trip, you can leave us one on TripAdvisor, WeTravel, Yelp, and Google Business.
  • Buy a Gift Card! If you've been eyeing one of our Runcations or know a friend that has, now is the perfect opportunity. They're available on the Runcation website, can be used for any Runcation, gear, or training plans, and never expire.
  • Join our Virtual Run(cation)! More info below and on the website.
  • Tell a friend or tag @RuncationTravel in your throwback photos to keep us inspired during shelter in place.
Let’s all continue to wash our hands, continue to get outside for some local solo runs or home-based exercise, support small businesses and those in need in our communities, and stay home today, so we can adventure together tomorrow.
