State Clarifies Remote Work, Requires Employers to Demonstrate "Infeasibility"

MIOSHA has clarified and strengthened its stance on work that must be done remotely, while requiring employers to be able to demonstrate why some workers must come into their places of work. While construction, manufacturing, and other occupations can continue as normal, work that can be done remotely must be done so or employers risk fines. Read more.
