Children's Museum Closed Until Further Notice

The Children’s Museum will be temporarily CLOSED until further notice due to the public health risks associated with COVID-19. All bookings and special events are also being suspended between now and January 10, 2022.

We will share our reopening date on our website and social media accounts as soon as this information becomes available.

Until then, stay safe – as we’re eager to welcome you and your family back to the Children’s Museum soon!

We’ll certainly miss celebrating Boxing Day with you this year, but here are our top 5 family-friendly ideas for an extra special Boxing Day at home.

Membership Extensions

The expiry dates for all active memberships will be automatically extended by the length of our closure(s).

We will automatically be extending all active memberships to account for the length of our temporary closure(s) due to COVID-19, ensuring every family can take advantage of their full year of play. We will provide you with your revised membership expiry date upon your next visit.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and/or Refunds

We are currently processing cancellation notices and will be rescheduling or refunding bookings impacted by our COVID-19 closure.

If you have booked a program, exploration, guided tour, birthday party, and/or facility rental between December 26, 2021 and January 10, 2022, a member of our team will be in touch with you shortly to discuss your booking.
