Our Speaker on Monday, November 2
Bill Beekman, Athletic Director
Michigan State University
MSU Athletic Director Bill Beekman joined was today's guest speaker.  Bill talked about the extensive COVID-19 testing program that the student athletics are engaged in.  Several levels of testing is completed to be sure the athlete is COVID-19 negative. A student who tests positive is isolated for 21 days before they can return to competition/training.  Testing protocol varies by sport.  All 21 sports will be action beginnning January 1 - hopefully.  There is no timeframe as to when fans will be able to attend games.  It is projected that about $2million will be spent on testing this year.  Thanks, Bill for stopping by.
