 SELF 
For when it's time to let it go ~ Let's be clear: quitting doesn't mean you're giving up or being lazy. Sometimes, giving something up can be the best resolution you can make for yourself.  RELATIONSHIPS  For when you should say 'I do' to yourself ~ Wedding rings are an important symbol of loving someone forever. So why don't we just buy one and commit to loving ourselves forever? "Instantly, I knew. This was a ring I was meant to have forever. It was a special item that would remind me of how brave, powerful, and lucky I can be ... And even if I someday find myself in a long-term romantic relationship, nothing can take that away from me. Just as I'll never be defined by anxiety, I refuse to be defined by my romantic status."

 WELLNESS  For when those small distractions are exactly the fix ~ When life gets overwhelming, huge actions are not always required. A little distraction — like watching a new show, going for a run, or fixing up a meal — can balance out all the go-getting. "In times of crisis — as it feels like we so often are these days — taking action is imperative. It’s why we donate, march, call our representatives, and support those who need us. But what I’m starting to realize is that with action comes a desperate need for the little distractions that bring us joy and give us space to replenish our emotional stocks."

 ROUTINE ENVY  For when your perfect night in also involves folding laundry ~ We might not be as organized and decluttered as Marie Kondo ... but we sure can try as the tidying up queen shares all of her highlights of a perfect night in.
