Things we're doing to unwind and get cozy before bed tonight: 

🧖‍♀️ Indulging in #SelfcareSunday
without spending a single penny. FYI there's no *right* way to do self-care and there's no need to buy the overpriced bath bombs either. Take a walk, journal, and do you.

🛋️ Doing some emotional clearing,
among other home cleansing that will get you decluttered in just an afternoon. *Bonus* this checklist includes eating something delicious, so you know we're in.

🍲 Meal prepping
soup to warm you from the inside out all Winter. The best part: you can hack these recipes together from your Trader Joe's haul in a matter of minutes. Hello, tomato and red pepper soup with channa masala.

🌙 Staying up late (again). To our fellow night owls, enjoy
