Reads when you're up late anyway. Here are tonight's round-up for every occasion:

CAREER  For when you're just not that interested ~ Employers politely pass on candidates all the time, so you shouldn't feel obligated to sit through an interview for a job you don't want either. "Why don’t more people walk out of bad interviews? The explanation almost certainly has to do with the power dynamics inherent in most interviews, where candidates often feel they must endure whatever treatment the interviewer doles out, no matter how rude ... While employers are assessing candidates, those candidates should be assessing the employers right back, forming their own judgments about whether they’d want to work for this particular company and this particular manager. And just as an employer might choose to cut short an interview if a candidate clearly isn’t right for the job, candidates should feel free to do the same on their side."

CULTURE  For when you're royally invested ~ It's only been a week since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's announcement to step back from the Royal family and the speculation is constantly buzzing about their future. "They’ll need to do something with all the time they’re not devoting to royally mandated meet-and-greets. They also might want to earn some money, having declared their intention to become financially independent. Could Meghan actually pick up her acting career again? ... Reports emerged that Meghan has now signed a deal with Disney to do a voice-over for an unknown future project. Her payment will go to a nonprofit that combats elephant poaching."

HEALTH  For when you should go ahead and order the pizza ~ Eating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is something most people struggle with, which is why listening to your body has become a healthy and diet-free alternative. "Put simply, intuitive eating is intended to eliminate the guilt associated with food and the binary of foods as 'good' or 'bad' ... You are being conscious of how hungry or full you are. There’s a focus on how foods make you feel, and an emphasis on mindfulness. That means eating slowly, putting down the fork periodically, checking in after a few minutes to see if you’re still hungry, and not continuing to eat just because there’s still food on your plate. The idea is that the longer you stick to these lifestyle changes, the more you’re in control."

FUN  For when your energy is shifting ~ Happy birthday, Aquarius! Known for eccentricity and intellectualism, your season is a time for welcoming major changes and maybe a few new surprises too. "Aquarius season is a time when we embrace our friendships, hopes, and dreams. When the Sun moves into Aquarius, we can expect to see the world through a humanitarian lens. It marks a time of change and spark of airy ingenuity in which we give more to others than we expect in return."

👌 THIS WEEK'S LIFE PRO TIP 👌
If you're making a salad for yourself, put the harder toppings on the bottom. It's not much for presentation, but it's easier to stab through lettuce into a crouton than a crouton through lettuce.
