These are three women with three very different relationships to sex. And I find the idea that all of those opinions and ideas can coexist together really gratifying, because it reinforces that there’s no one way to be."
LIFESTYLE For when meal prep is a luxury ~ We're tempted to pack the leftover pizza and call it a day too. This is why 'just cook more' isn't the solution to healthy eating. "When you hear advice about how to eat healthy with a busy schedule, you hear things about meal prepping on the weekends. But what if you work on weekends? What if you’re taking care of small children and sick parents? What if you’d rather spend what little free time you have doing something other than cook? Assuming that everyone can make time to cook if they choose to just isn’t fair."
WELLNESS For when practicing gratitude is self-care ~ Brownie points if you turn it into a to-do list to spark joy all week long. "Your list can be one word — or even a paragraph — for each thing that makes you grateful. The next time you feel down, give making a Grand List of Gratitude a try.
