Things we're doing to unwind and get cozy before bed tonight: 

📚 Upsizing our stack. There's plenty more books to add on your reading list with new releases this Spring. Narrow it down depending on your mood, whether you're open to a love story or want to get real.

🥰 Remembering how interesting we are. Raise your hand if you're so over icebreakers that ask for a 'fun fact' (which your mind draws a blank every. single. time).
These are a few to keep in your back pocket, including your proudest weird accomplishment or a superstition.

🌼 Springing into date season. Cuffing season isn't only for the Winter, so grab your SO (or Bumble date tbh), some bikes, and a picnic basket. The sunshine and blooms coming our way mean
cute, outdoorsy dates to excite you out of hibernation.

🛏️ Stripping down, for sleep that is. Consider ditching the matching PJ sets because
sleeping in your birthday suit can have tremendous benefits for your sleep — and we all need that.

Reads when you're up late anyway. Here are tonight's round-up for every occasion:

 SELF  For when your mom says that you need a 'nudge in the right direction' ... again ~ Sorry, Mom. Changing our behavior happens when it's to ourselves and for ourselves. "But is the right takeaway that nudges don’t work at all? Probably not. The very first result I mentioned — that people are more likely to click on the first Google result than the second — is absolutely true. People also buy things at eye level in grocery stores more often than things that are harder to see.  CULTURE  For when your brother is getting married ~ Are you a bridesmaid? Grooms-maid? Sisters-of-the-groom are the underappreciated superheros of any brother's wedding day. "Since then, I’ve read dozens of advice and etiquette columns, as well as stories in bridal magazines. I’ve been on Reddit and have even fallen into the dark web of bridal forums. Other than learning the obvious no-nos (don’t text the bride asking if she can change the wedding date or wear a white, lacy dress to the event), I’ve discovered the one area of consensus among  experts about sisters of the groom is that they should be given a job — any job — for the big day."

 WELLNESS  For when a cheese plate can change your life ~ They're all over our feeds. And dinner parties. And literally everywhere we look. Even better, arranging them is as much self-care as eating them. "The rise of the an overflowing cheese plate as an aesthetic perhaps says something about these trying times. We crave beauty. We crave substance. We crave at least the appearance of homey authenticity. We want our friends to gather around the table and feel warm and welcomed.  RELATIONSHIPS  For when there are 39,456 ways to communicate ~ Picking the best way to chat with friends and family can be hard; there's good ole texting, FaceTime, maybe a DM. Make the most of your relationships with better ways to communicate, for when, who, and why. "I prefer to do the calling unless I know a call is coming, but I can’t know a call is coming too ahead of time, or else I will begin to dread it. The best kinds of phone calls are those with family and friends that I make while I’m walking somewhere, or when I’m doing chores, or while I’m using the bathroom (with the phone on mute or not, depending on friendship category)."
