Ahead of the World No Tobacco Day celebration (31 May 2023) with the theme  “We need food, not tobacco.”, the City of Iloilo (Philippines) organized the Lapaz area USWAG Rolling Store every Tuesday and Thursday each week.

The City of Baguio (Philippines) put up a Smoking Cessation Counselling booth from 27 February to 5 March 2023 during the Panagbenga Festival "Season of Bloom".

Vaping is being used to recruit the next generation of tobacco company customers with a “well thought-out campaign to get kids addicted to nicotine”, Australian public health experts say, and it’s happening in school bathrooms nationwide.

Cambodian is committed to promoting the principle of tobacco-free sports at both the 32nd Southeast Asian Games and the 12th ASEAN Para Games.

In a press release by the Ministry of Tourism yesterday, officials announced that the use, sponsorship, distribution and promotion of cigarettes and e-cigarettes is banned.

All cigarettes and e-cigarette are banned from all event venues.

The bans include the prohibition against using tobacco products and e-cigarettes at the National Stadium, sports fields and at all dining areas of sporting team delegations. READ MORE
