If these thoughts are your basic motivation starting something with, it is no surprise you might end up giving negative feedback afterwards.

How come?
It is all about MINDSET

Whatever you tell yourself, your thoughts play a crucial role in creating your mindset.

Your beliefs become your thoughts
Your thoughts become your words
Your words become your actions
Your actions become your habits
Your habits become your values
Your values become your destiny

Keeping this in mind, what could happen when you have negative thoughts like 'I cannot do this' or 'I have never done this so I will fail'? The other way around, just imagine what positive thoughts like 'Let's try this' or 'Let's see what I can learn' could bring.

The way we think (based on our beliefs) about our environment, others and ourselves determine our feelings about it. Ultimately it will reflect in what we do or not do (actions). So be aware of your thoughts when starting a meeting, a training or whatever you commit to.
