Hole in the Wall Theater is proud to present the classic Scottish tragedy of Macbeth by William Shakespeare, adapted by Mallory Spencer and Bill Arnold. We set the stage in the gritty, black-and-white, world of film noir as we follow Macbeth, prophesied by three witches to be king of Scotland. His path to the throne is a dark one, however, as what lays ahead of him includes betrayal, murder, and madness.

The show will run for four (4) weekends between March 15th and April 6th, with nine (9) performances on Fridays and Saturdays at 8 pm, with one (1) Sunday matinee, March 24th at 2 pm. The Friday, March 22nd is our annual Pay-What-You-Can Night. Get your tickets here.

Free parking available at the Chestnut Street garage. Hole in the Wall Theater is a non-profit organization located at 116 Main Street, New Britain, CT. For more information, please visit We hope you enjoy the show.
Next up at HITW, our friends at Backyard Theater Ensemble will be bringing a gripping yet hilarious political comedy, The North Plan by Jason Wells. This limited run will show two days only, April 12th at 8pm and April 13th at 2pm and 8pm. Get your tickets here.

After a ruthless faction seizes power in Washington, Carlton Berg, a bureaucrat for the State Department, runs off with the new regime's top secret enemies list. Unfortunately for Carlton, the chase has come to an end in a police station in the Ozarks town of Lodus. With a pair of DHS agents on the way, Carlton's last hope is in the people around him: an unsympathetic police chief, an ambivalent administrative assistant, and fellow prisoner Tanya Shepke, a motor-mouthed recidivist who's turned herself in for drunk driving and thinks Skynyrd should be on the new money.

The revolution starts now.
