Hello Maynard 200 Faculty!

Your session(s) will include two surveys—one survey administered before the session begins and one survey administered at the session close.  

The goal of these surveys is to gather metrics to share with our funders about the learning outcomes for Maynard 200 fellows.

We are asking all faculty to provide 3-5 key learning takeaways that you expect attendees will gain from your session. 

Click here to submit your session key takeaways no later than Wednesday, June 15th. 

Important: please submit a form for each session if you are presenting more than one session. You can reference the draft Maynard 200 session agendas by curriculum track here if needed.

This form also includes an option for you to upload your session materials if they are completed at this time.
