Chuck Rorvik joins the Church Triumphant

Depart in peace, O brother;

In the name of God the Father who created you;

In the name of Christ who redeemed you;

In the name of the Holy Spirit who sanctified you;

Shirely Rorvik has let us know that last night her husband Chuck passed away. She was at the hospital with Chuck during his final day and she spent the day recounting their life and the hope of our Christian faith. Later that evening, Chuck passed away peaceably.

Shirley and Chuck have a long church history, both in our church at Polson and the Presbyterian Church in Kalispell. They have family nearby who are supporting them in this time.

Plans have not been made for a service at this time but we ask your continued prayers for Shirley and the family as they grieve.

“None of us lives to ourselves, and none of us dies to ourselves. If we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord. So then, whether we live or whether we die, we are the Lord's.
