If you need health insurance coverage or want to find a better plan for your family’s needs, Open Enrollment is the time to explore your options.
Please join an upcoming virtual town hall on Thursday, November 12, at 10:00 am to learn about health insurance options. Get Covered Illinois (GCI) and the Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) will share information on how to find health insurance coverage. They will explain how to compare plans, get free assistance from a Navigator who can answer your questions, and find out if you are eligible for financial assistance and/or a Medicaid program.
Health insurance can be confusing, and searching for a health plan on the Internet can be overwhelming. GCI and HFS can help lessen the stress and confusion by sharing some useful resources that will empower you to ask the right questions and find the best plan coverage for you and your family.
