Happy New Year!

After a busy 2018, we are looking forward to continuing with a number of important projects and seeing what new challenges lie ahead in 2019.

We were pleased to receive a number of planning permissions and reserved matters approvals last year. These included two applications to deliver over 1600 new homes, a local centre, primary school, community hub and significant green infrastructure at East of Harry Stoke New Neighbourhood; the final parcels of the award-winning Tadpole Garden Village; 261 new homes at Bath Road, Keynsham (above); and, at the other end of the scale, for two new homes at Combe Dingle, and for Dorset House, a replacement dwelling in the Green Belt outside Bristol.

We also enjoyed seeing a number of our designs taking shape on the ground, including at Clevedon Hall Estate, where Spitfire Bespoke Homes has delivered a development which has picked up a number of awards, including Gold in the What House Awards Best Development category.

Happy New Year, and we wish you all the best for 2019.
Barn Conversion, Somerset
Pad's design for conversion of an agricultural barn to a residential dwelling in North Somerset, was granted permission late last year. The floorplan accommodates four bedrooms and an open plan living space.
Conversion Elevations/Plan
Rowden Park, Chippenham
Just before Christmas, reserved matters approval was received for the first Crest Nicholson phase of Rowden Park. Responding to the approved parameter plans and Illustrative Masterplan, this area will deliver 152 new homes.
