A Busy Start to the Year!
2022 has started where 2021 left off, as the world continues to recover from the pandemic. The first month of the year has been a particularly busy one for pad, and has seen the submission of several planning applications and and reserved matters proposals. Two of these are highlighted below, while the artist's impression for nine apartments on the former WH Smith headquarters at Swindon, which supports an application for full planning permission is shown above.
This week we are pleased to welcome Ayo-Oluwa Salawu, who has joined us as an architectural assistant, in response to our growing workload. We hope that you are all well and also bouncing back from the last two years.

Pad has assisted Bellway Homes with the detailed designs for 257 new homes at Crediton. The Design Compliance Statement sets out how the proposals follow the outline planning permission, and forms part of a reserved matters submission to Mid Devon District Council.
