We hope that you had a great Jubilee weekend and we trust that you are well and looking forward to an exciting summer.
This newsletter provides an update on work at pad: recent weeks having seen a number of interesting projects starting up, as well as planning applications and reserved matters approvals. We have had the chance to return to several of our previous projects (before the bunting went up), including Edlogan Wharf as can be seen below, with further photos of this and other developments available on our Instagram feed by clicking here.

Pad has assisted Lone Star Land and Youngman Lovell with an application for outline planning permission to deliver plots for 14 custon build homes in the West Midlands. An Illustrative Masterplan and Design Code will help to guide the delivery of a cohesive development tailored to each resident's lifestyle.

Reserved matters approval has been granted for a convenience store Milborne Port, South Somerset. This was part of our role with Redcliffe Homes on this site, which also included the design work for the outline planning permission and subsequent reserved matters for 65 new homes and a community hub.
