CMHL is recruiting a full-time, fixed term Family/carer Workforce Project Lead to work will work with the Consumer Workforce Project Lead position to facilitate project planning, codesign, model development, validation, and report writing in relation to:
- The development of an organisation readiness program ready for implementation that will create the necessary organisational conditions in mental health services for the sustainable employment, career development, and purposeful use of the unique capabilities of lived experience workers.
- The development of state-wide models of student supervision to support the placement needs of people enrolled in the Certificate IV in Peer Mental Health, with particular regard to the placement of the Cert IV on the TAFE free list and the resulting increased volume of placements that will be needed.
