Wednesday Indoor Rowing starts on March 9!
(In Person and Online)

Here’s a quick list of our offerings when it comes to small group and classes. Click on the class name to get more information.

Indoor Rowing: (60 min)

In Person* and Online

Mondays at 8:45am

Tuesdays at 6pm

Wednesdays (starts March 9th) at 8:45am

*at 3410 Shelbourne at Derby.

Stretch Mobility: (30 min)

In Person* and Online

Mondays at 10am

Online Only

Fridays at 9am

*at 3410 Shelbourne at Derby.

Aquatherapy (60 min, 2 month membership only)

In Person**

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30am

**at the Victoria Athletic Club in James Bay.
