We are sending this alert newsletter to update you on the changes to real estate during this time. As a protection measure, the Northwest Multiple Listing Service has suspended the posting of open house events until at least March 31. This doesn't mean that you can't or won't be able to buy or sell, or that we don't have other options in place. We have outlined those options below this Dept. of Health safety reminder.

3D Virtual Tours

We've been using this tool for a few years, but it has never been more relevant than now. With every listing we handle, we add this feature along with professional photos and video tours. See the pink arrow? That is a VR option. It means you can use those google cardboard goggles you bought, or your teenagers VR headset and take a virtual walkthrough of all of our listings. No VR? No problem, you can tour from your computer or tablet and get a good look at everything. You can even measure to see if your furniture will fit!

We, along with a number of lenders we work with, have all of the tools in place to complete your real estate transaction and mortgage loan securely online.
