Clearly March must be busy for me, im sending this so late and where did February go?

10 Year Anniversary Meal (10 years for me teaching)
The date for this is 25th April at 6.30pm (Saturday). I have booked 10 places at Romazzino (menu) but will book more if we need it. Please let me know if you want a place. Doesn't matter when you last attended class. Would be great to see you all.

Will be 27th March. Please let me know if your interested. The usual email will be sent to those on the satsang list.

Chanting in Class (Discontinuation)
Last year and maybe part of the year before, we started chanting in the breathing (pranayama) section of the class, on the first class of each month.

I have made a decision to stop doing the chanting on the first of the month.
... if you want to continue chanting outside of the class please let me know, we can arrange something.
... My apologies to those who enjoyed this feature.

The original idea was to add variety whilst also exploring a different angle on pranayama. Chanting is a pranayama practice, although not always thought as such.

The class was always meant to cater for those new to yoga. Not everyeone might be as enthusistic about chanting as I am. Therefore now is the right time to re-asses this part of the class. Some of you maye have noticed we haven't really done this for a while. Now it's official.
