This talk is hosted by IKAT — Indigenous, Knowledge, Art, & Truth — a collective of Indigenous voices in the Filipino diaspora. In celebration of World Indigenous Peoples Day, the talk aims to shed light on the often forgotten, re-imagined, and wrongly claimed narratives in the Philippines and its diaspora, and we hope to clear up misconceptions, miseducation, and questions from the broader community on what allyship looks like. Please come ready to listen and learn with IKAT.
